I remember a thread on Tman where someone said that root buyers actually buy the stuff? Any truth?

Yep I can give 75cents a lb. on cut and dried poke root. The problem is, you need to be fairly close to a buyer to make it cheap enought to get the roots to the buyer. The dang stuff is bulky and you can't get a lot into a flat rate box.

Wash the dirt from the roots and cut the roots into slices or small hunks so they will dry.
