Yeah, I'm also at a loss why someone would ruin perfectly fine whiskey with soda pop. Jim Well, you are what you eat guys. So I will continue with my girly mix, and you two can have a little water or whatever makes it pure and hard for you. CHEERS

So how's your head this morning, Soda Pop Kid? :-) Lol, one of my favorite movies is "Little Big Man."
Back to the topic, has Akona conceded yet that he's full of it on Afghanistan?

I see poppies growing everywhere, I see the Taliban stronger and where is al Qaeda? Oh now we have two enemies, al Qaeda and the Taliban. Pretty good tactics those.
Must reread the account of the British First Afghan War. Goes something like this.
Britain sought to rule Afghanistan as part of the continuing Great Game. With great fanfare they sent an army of troops and various camp followers all the way to Kabul. When they won the war they discovered that Kabul was long way from home and started that famous retreat. Out of 16000 who left India only ONE reurned alive.
The Second and Third Afghan Wars make good reading also.

My head is fine James and evidently the conehead concedes nothing. He really should remember that the ME would be no problem at all if the Brits had just left it alone.

Just a minor hint mark, I allow one person to use that expression without complaint and that person isn't you.
