Most of the processors around here charge $100 or more to do a deer. Making it into sausage is even worse. 2 to 3 bucks a pound and you supply the meat. You can buy it in the store cheaper.

Up until now it was cheaper to let someone else cut them now I am looking in to getting set up to do it myself.
