Once I get more than 1 day off at a time!!! ;D..I got this weekend off.. And the odd thing is, when I get back from my main line, I am beat and I don't really set the backyard... I did have a visit that last time I set. Didn't think I had to worry about freezing in.. Two prints right on the pans.. Just cold enough to keep 'em from snapping.. I will stop thinking!!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D

That's in your back yard? How far from the house? There's no reason not to have a couple of sets in the ground there. How long would it take to check?

It's not the time... I got one trouble back there... DOGS. Do feel like dealing with that crap. When I am on vacation I am not going to care. I will be here if they come around and the dog man will give 'em a ride to doggy jail. $50 fine for the owners..Now it is dark when I get home too.. Once I get my fridge in the garage, I will trap back there and pull in the AM. I will throw the critters in the fridge 'til I get home.. I'll get 'em...

I just had a friend of mine tell me I could trap behind his house. I told him I would stay in/on the creek because of the dogs. He said " If they are dumb enough to get caught, I'll just let 'em go".... He is a really good guy!!!!!

I know.. I am sticking to the creek.. I am thinking coon nirvana.. The state forest I run some traps in, is good. The ranger told me any trouble, just call him.

I see fox sometimes in the yard. I have a few acres of woods too - I put one set on a bench in the woods. It's not really the right spot, but it's easy to check.

Sunny, I've only been trapping for one full season - but I'll put my fox numbers up against yours any day. Let's just not talk about coon.

Just the one. Only have a handful of sets out - 8 total. Only four checks so far.
82 - we have more fox here than coon. Plus, the land I have access too is more suitable for fox than coon. I targetd fox more last year too. Should've had more - lots of learning curve.

I caught a 189 pound rottweiler this year. When it bit my boot. I put a neuse around its neck. Next day I seen the dog tied up on the neighbors porch. LMAO ;D
