You must not know the "un-written rules" around here. The more Cathryn wants us to not do something, the faster we go ahead and do it anyway. Does that sound about right Cathryn?

Hey rick, did you get the Cold Steel Big Bore? I've got one and have a hard time using it...probably because I smoke.
Anyway it's the best one I've found. The bamboo darts will transfix a pigeon nicely but wouldn't try it on a tree squirrel. They don't have the weight to penetrate. The plastic darts knock ground squirrels and chipmunks for a loop, however. Just put a small machine screw in the tip and you're in business.
Like slingshots they're fun.

I don't have a Big Bore. I have a 40 caliber Terminator. Just a little breath, and that thing goes flying at least 20 yards (If nothing gets in the way ) If you have trouble getting enough air for it to fly well, you can get a CO2 shooter (I don't know what it is called) and all you have to do is put a CO2 cartridge in it, and pull a trigger, and it will fire. Pretty neet. It only costs like 20 bucks, and you just put it in the mouthpiece and fire. I got the ammo set with my blowgun. It came with broadheads, target tips, heavy duty darts, and two different types of stunners. So far I have only lost one stun tip. Rick
