This is a complaint job I'm working. It is a high dollar subdivision and the stream is stocked with very large trout. I have taken eight beaver and this is my second otter. They especially want to get rid of the otter because of predation on the trout. One of the most scenic waters I've seen and I feel fortunate to be able to trap it. The trap was set submerged below the dive stick adjacent to the rock. This stream seems to keep itself clean of most debris unless you have exceptionally high water. Was hoping for at least one more about 200 yards downstream because they probably won't be back for six or seven days. My guess based on the last snowfall is that there are two left. This set would have been almost impossible to make without a KB stabilizer. (edit) A couple of more pictures of the stream.
