I thought I was the only soul that ate that breed of meat! I have been butchering some goats this fall, and have 5 more to put up this Spring, course they are tough, bony dairy types Right there is a plate full of grub to my liking... though I'd concider it more of a redneck's delicacy ;D Have to ask, what do you mix with the ground goat? Any seasoning and/or suet? What kind of suet?

no suet was added, those corn fed goats get fat, lol, but not too fat. they were really good.
i just salt and pepper it when i cook it.

Well, I'll probably have to mix a whole pork butt to just one of my stringy goats!
Never had corn fed goat before. I have mine on native hay, pea and lentil screenings.

I'd as soon eat goat as I would pork, makes good burgers, roasts (small) and chops.
