over the last week or so. i put up 63 or 64 quarts all together. i canned 28 and froze 35 or 36 quarts. i cant remeber which.

We got five quarts of maters done, been too cool here for them this "summer".

Cat, are you cooking those and hot packing or running them through a canner? Looks like you just blanched, peeled, cored, and canned? We have a couple-20 quarts done up like that and a few gallons froze the same way. Juice is where the work is!!! We did 3 bushels into juice and my hands are still cramping
