on the way into town this morning i saw these 2 birds in a tree at the lake. i turned around and took their pic. i didint kow they were osprey ubtil i looked them up. ive never seen them here before. one pic is better than the other cause my camera settings were off alittle. i355.photobucket.com/albums/r446/trappingal/turtlepics006.jpg[/IMG]

We go tthem fish hawks here too. Mighty cool to watch one dive for fish. And yep just 1 picture.

well, there were 2 in 2 seperate trees but i cant get the other one to load into photobucket.
i only saw them 3 or 4 times over a weeks time. ive never seen them since.
maybe they were migrating south already? i dont know but im honored to have got to see them. theyre beautiful birds,imo.

I love birds of prey. Tonight, we saw a hawk snatch up a rabbit, from a bush. It was so crazy, it was very swift. I love nature, because of stuff like this. Nature in the raw. No taming it, just watching and enjoying it. Rick

i saw a hawk make of with a squirrel once. picked it right up out of the crick bed and took off.
ive also seen a couple taking off with snakes.
