So if our GDP fo 2010 was 14.657 trillion and the projected GDP for this year is 15.198 trillion it looks like companies are doing more with less.
With that being said what will create jobs? Taxes have been low for several years so employers are filling the piggy banks and not hiring.
On another thread the 300billion job creation stimulus was mentioned. I don't think there is a political environment to get this passed though.

I really think america feels under attack right now from it's own gov. I think once O is simply out of office that alone will create alot of jobs as people will feel the threat is gone and we can now get back on the right track.
Got to have consumer confidence before anything gets better.

That's a really good point, J. That could have a lot to do with job creation. I couldn't agree more.
Even if with tax cuts companies aren't hiring, the answer isn't raise taxes so they do. This will only delay hiring even more. Right now, with Obamacare and unsure futures, companies are afraid to make any major commitments.

Obama care is hanging over their heads like an iron weight. It goes into effect in 2014 and im sure they have already had a team of lawyers go over it and get back with them what it means to them in increased cost per employee. Once it takes effect and kills another few million jobs the democrats then with a rep. president can once again run out and get all the idiot voter's to believe it's the evil republicans fault and take back control of things.
Then they can finally get the gov. option they have always wanted! Democrats never stop, may take them 50 years to get their goofy idea's into law but they won't give up!

Just repealing Obamacare will create jobs.
I know of a business owner who constructs pole buildings. He had 9 employees. He made all of them become independent contractors and buy their own liability insurance if they wanted to keep working for him. He said the cost of workers compensation, FICA, and withholding taxes, he couldn't stay in business paying for their healthcare as well.
