well i got 22 sets in boy am i worn out i still haven't caught up from jet lag yet. i tried a lot of new lures and made mostly flat sets. the place seems to have a lot of greys, only set up on one cat and a hand full of of yote sets. it was cold this morn right at 20 deg the gound hand a 1/2" crust i don't have to deal with those conditions very often. i will get the other half of the club set tomorrow and maybe put in some water sets for coon and mink.

well caught 1 grey and had a couple sets rolled on 2 probably by the one i caught. i was using a mild grey gland lure so i am suprised they rolled on it, but them dang greys are bad about rolling any way. i will see how that lure work if they keep rolling it i will just have to quite using it. i had a grey get out of a fully modified #2 monti it made a small catch circle then got out. i don't understand that. i put in 15 more sets so we'll see what happens. i got the other club to go to tomorrow and will try to get in around 20 over there.

bill i bought it from one of the most respected names in trapping. i will wait a little longer before i pass judgement on it. i have had greys roll on tim cavens yodel dog at coyote sets and it's one of my favorite coyote lures.
mudtracker i don't know what happened sometimes i guess it just isn't their turn to cash in.

i have never toe caught a grey i think he just got pinched on the side of his leg.
they didn't stir last night only had 2 sets even worked. michael howard had 60 beaver sets out and only caught 6 beavers they just didn't stir good before this front but they should afterwards.
i did have something steal a skunk out of my trap nothing left but some blood and the stink, can't say i was disappointed to see it gone. lol
i scouted some new ground and found several cats can't wait til this rain is gone so i can get set up on them.
