I live in North St Louis county about three miles from where the basketball benefit was played last evening where D. Nash passed away. My boys are 22 and 23 and very much remember Nash as high school and collegiate player. they were very much dismayed when they read front page headline of the St Louis Post Dispatch this morning.

im sure they were ts a sad thing when we lose anyone but someone so vibrant always makes us take pause and appreciate what we have been blessed with..IMO

thats 2 families that have lost loved ones..........they were..sons, fathers, brothers, or husbands,....i dont give a hoot about the team..what about the family theyve left behind?

Families all across America lose loved ones every day. Just because they are professional athletes doesn't make them any more special to their family than if he was a painter, carpenter or whatever.
