Dont knock it till ya tried it......Cube meat in 1 inch cubes....Pack into jar with wooden spoon.Add 1 tablespoon of canning salt...Place clean lid and ring on.Tighten half a turn or so .Make sure it is still loose but wont come off......Place in canner and add water up to the bottom of the ring and turn stove on.When water starts to boil , time it for 3 and a half hrs.Occassionaly you will need to add water.When time is up take out and tighten the ring.......You will hear POP shortly and the jar sealed!

that is some goooooof stuff right there we had a buck so old one time we canned the whole thing Gawd that makes good eating.

i can it some too..i put a slice of onion on top of every jar..it yummy
real good for a quick meal,,add some taters and thickedn the broth and YUMMY

Take it out of the jar and grind it up, put in some Miracle Whip, chop up some onions, dice up some pickels, add a little jalapeno pepers and mix together, and its some of the best sandwich spread there is!!

Make some beef gravy add canned venison, mash some tators, pour over tators MMMM MMM MMM yummy ;D
