This is the best way of eating Venison IMO.....also good for beef, and other large wild game.
1/2 bottle BBQ sause 1/2 bottle Italian dressing 1tsp garlic powder 1 tsp. onion powder 12 dashes of tabasco sauce 1/2 tsp. Black pepper 1 tsp. A-1 steak sauce 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil.
I use mostly back strap but any part of deer can be used.
Mix all ingrediants, marinade meet cuts for 15-30 minutes. Wrap in bacon and place on HOT gille. Cook to preferred doneness. I like mine medeum. Only takes about 8-10 minutes total time on grille.
Makes a very good and tender steak. Serve with choice of side dishes.

I cheat with mine i will maranade them in italian dressing night before i cook them. The loin wrapped in bacon is hard to beat for a grand meal.
