I barbqued some fine chicken tonight. I used the KC master piece bbq sause it was excellent along with the corn and potatoe salad and baked beans. With budweiser select to polish it off with. The hamburgers i used hickory chips to smoke them and they melted in your mouth. Wish you all could have been here.

Love the catfish fried in harold enslys batter and cut some sweet corn bread and a side of tater sallad and baked beans. Now there's a meal for a king. I planted 12 rows of sugar dot sweet corn cant wait for the ears to go with some bbq pork steaks and a baked potatoe. Fish needs to be fried or baked for me i grilled some with some lemon juice and it wasnt to bad. But sure is hard to beat a fried catfish fillea. I hope i spelled that right. Bass and crappie are my second choice for a great meal.
