Vinegar Pie
1/2 cup margarine melted and cooled 4 eggs slightly beaten 1/4 cup vinegar 1 1/3 cup sugar 3 to 4 tablespoons flour 1 tablespoon vanilla One 9-inch pie shell
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Mix margarine, eggs, vinegar, sugar, flour and vanilla in a bowl until well blended. Pour into pie shell. Bake pie for about 1 hour. Check it a few minutes before the hour. The filling should be light brown when it's done. Allow the pie to cool before cutting it into slices.
Believe it or not, it DOESN'T taste like vinegar! ( if you don't screw up the recipe)

What kind of vinegar did you use? It works and tastes better with cider vinegar, as opposed to white vinegar, at least I think so. Sunny, "Like crap", huh??? Frsh liked it, so there!
