In my opinion taking the time to marinade a piece of meat will go a long way. Whats yalls favorite marinades?
My favorite - Ketchup, soy sauce, veg. oil, and garlic salt....all to taste...I usually use about a cup or more of ketchip along with 1/2 cup of soy, 1/2 cup of oil and about a Tblsp. of garlic salt. I always end up adding more soy because I like salty tastes. Stir well, add enough water to cover meat
Easiest - Italian dressing right outta the bottle

We use the itialian dressing too. Also, try this one on london broil.
1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup water tablespoon brown sugar teaspoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 cloves garlic chopped fine dash of tobasco
marinade all day and then grill

Depends - there is more than one cut sold as london broil. But we slice it really thin after it's cooked anyway so it doesn't matter too much.

Exactly what Earl said...in my opinion it's a meal that you don't want leftovers because it can get tuff!
