I am hoping someone here may know where I can get drop-in replacement stalks (85% fitted or better) for a couple rifles of mine.
I have a Remington M788 in .243 - This rifle is already in a Ram-Line synthetic, but looks to cheap for me. It's a tough stalk and the only one I could find for this model through out all the net. I would like to find as quality stalk as available for this rig. A fancy walnut would be nice, but a laminated thumb-hole sporter or the like would be great too. Any decent stock options would be great.
The other one is a Weatherby Vangaurd in .270 - This rifle is in a synthetic Butler Creek stock, which is actually nice, but I would like to upgrade to a fancy grade walnut or even a dandy lam stock. I don't wanna spend a fortune here, but I am willing to spend several hundred or slightly more.
Any companies you are aware of, would really help. Thanks!
