do you think is worth the cost ? do you think it really gives you an edge in the woods?
Its supposed to eliminate human scent.
Do you think it does?

A friend of mine used all of that outdoorsman marketed stuff to wash his clothes in for bow hunting. He also sprays up with odor eliminator before he goes out. After a couple of us kept laughing at his expensive descenting habit, he finally admitted that is was all just a waste of money. You can get standard laundry detergents without out perfumes, which seem to work just a well as anything. There are detergents that are for sensitive skin to, which don't have all the smell. Woolight works in a pinch as well. IMO, I think you pay a lot more for the soaps etc, because hunters think they need to have it or they smell. Good advertising I think. Watching the wind is still the best way to avoid being smelled in my mind.

i think its all to make money because outdoorsmen and women have such a fear of scent. Theyll do anything available to them to he;lp them bag the big one, IMO, even if it doesnt really help.

I don't use it, but I think it will help, of course some of the people that do use it need more help than money can buy.

I use it on all my deer hunting clothing. Especially for bowhunting. Plus I spray all my clothes and boots with Scent-Shield. I don't like to use any kind of scents or lures so I figure it's best to be as scent free as possible.

BTW, I think if you read the fine print....daily showers are still required ......The people that don't take a shower but once a season it probably won't help!

The Indians and the settlers of the 1700s and 1800s must have nearly starved to death without scent elimination products, huh?
Ditto the hunters of the early 20th century. How did we ever survive without all the technology?

I was wondering the same thing: Does it work.. I think so. I spray it on my hands after I have handled gas and it may take a time or two but it does work.. I've seen too much good to disagree.. Just my humple opinion, I wont hunt w/o it..I dont soak myself from head to toe either..
