I reckon I have ate abo9ut two tons of beef anf noodles in my life time. But Dorthy's Aunt Goldie showed us a recipe I absolutley love.
Cut sirloin into 1" cubes Roll them in flour. While doing that pan fry some garlic, onions, (and whatever else you may prefer).
Add the sirloin to the skillett and fry slowly. The slower ya fry it the more tender the sirloin will be.
We use egg noodles but you can sub them if you prefer another type of noodle.
When the sirloin is about done, add beef broth and let simmer awhile longer while the noodles are cooking.
This is one of my favs now. Relatively easy, dam good, and sticks to the ribs right well too.
Dorthy is making some right now in fact. Gotta go!!!!!!!
