the last 2 days ive put 30 quarts of corn inthe freezer and made 21 quarts and 9 pints of pickled corn.
been busy but il glad to be able to put some corn up for yhe winter.

Do you have a recipe for cabbage,corn, and jalapeno peppers mixed and fermented? I have heard of it, it's a hot sauerkraut. I just don't know if the corn is cooked first or not. What's your recipe for pickled corn?

Straight sweet corn, corn relish and corn salsa here. In laws like to freeze it but it takes up so much room. I canned quarts of creamed corn in the past.
