we live in a very small community and we often have get togethers at the community building. Yesterday our community had our ice cream social and kids day. they had hot dogs, ice cream and lots of stuff for the kids to do. i took Alexys and she had a blast.

There are many advantages in growing up in a small close knit community. Glad she had a good time.

I miss the little small town get-togethers that were pretty prevalent 30 or so years ago. Always real low-key, laid back, just enjoying a good time shooting the bull, pitching horse shoes, and so on. Nowadays, if you aint got all the glitz and glamour, no one wants to come.

aint no such thing as a mean horse or pony........like you....misinformed, scared, and wanting attention is all they are.
For a biting horse ....... when it bites...punch it hard in the shoulder.......do that a few times and the biting will stop.
Anyone know why that is?
