We've only got one pond/lake that has them around my parts. I have been fortunate enuff to harvest some of them along with the otter and beaver I removed from the lake. Woody u're right they are top of the line ;D

Perch are great eating as long as they are good sized ones. Smaller ones just don't have enough meat on them.
