way to go, are you going to get that 100th grinner before your done? I had a beaver in a coon set this morning. I got to learn to use a heaver weight when trapping coons on a creek where there's beaver I hate it when they are waiting on the bank for ya, what was really amasing was it was a back foot catch (3 toe's) in a duke 1.5, so them dukes aint as bad as some make them out to be ;D when the rain stops I'll get a couple of pics posted. Is this a sign that it's going to get better?

Way to go!! About the only way we catch a rat is in coon sets, as there is no real rat sign, just wandering nomads!! Scarce as hen's teeth!!

That's pretty darn good, Sunshine... Looks like you're gonna get 100 grinners real soon...Water trapping is a mixed bag proposition. You may catch skunks, possums, coyotes, etc. A friend of mine caught a water shrew. Another friend pinched a fisher. I've caught northern pike.
