Has anybody ever combined any lures or baits together to make a change-up?
Anybody ever added lure to bait solution?

mtbadger,
Yes, I have added muskrat gland lure, mink gland lure, skunk musk, and beaver castor to several of my meat based type baits.
Especially later in the year as the cooler temps set in, I think by addind castor or skunk musk to a bait helps to give it a little more kick and possibly increase its effectivness.
However, I don't want to completely over power my baits with lure.
Many commercial baits also contain combined animal glands, as well as a meat type base.

Thanks for the reply jd. I know that some baits are specie specific as in K9 glands in some predator baits. I was just wondering if anybody has added muskrat call lure to a K9 bait or lure for a different. (Just an example)

I like to mix muskrat castors to any coon bait mix and i also like to add castor to some k9 gland lures. also if you add essence of skunk to some gland lure you will get a super long range call lure.
