i know theyre good mink and coon bait but do they work for land animals, k9s and foxes or are they only good for coon and mink?

Everything loves muskrat. When using them for bait at dirtholes or anywhere else, just be sure they are concealed from above, so crows, hawks and eagles can't see them.

Yep, it sure does, I always took a hind leg and stuffed it down the hole then put a plug of grass on top

If your grinding the rat carcasses in to a burger. I will also grind some of the glands in with the meat. This has proven to be great bait for me!

they spoil easy so make sure to gut them and keep them cool they get really ssinky if you don't

Second best, Deerhunter. I think beaver is #1 if you add a smear of castor.

Muskrats are easier for them to get than beaver. But beaver is great bait as well. If i had to choose for coons rats if for canines beaver and cats either one is good. But rats glands arnt as good as castor bar none.
