Either 1.75 sleepy creeks, no offset, or #2 bridger, no offset. 6 links of #3 chain, MB crunchproof swivels, total of 3-each end and mid-chain. About 6-7" total length chain assy. w/the swivels. All baseplated. Going to posi-trip pans on the Bridgers this year. All cable staked-no re-rod.

I run my set-up just about exactly as tc described his, except for the fact that i am going about 50/50 on the cable stakes/rerod. ;D

same set up as tc but my cat sets pogos (they stay put) and my grey fox sets rebar stakes because i move it out of the catch circle after each and every catch...now my yote traps has pogos with a three inch washer and 18'' ---1/8 cable fastened with a heavy duty s-hook....all my snares are on 18'' pogo stakes exception when i use kill poles and then the pig tail is welded to a five foot 1/2 inch rebar and snare is fasten to kill pole

I love the pogo anchors; but, them and rocks don't get along....therefore I am still about 50/50

I like the pogos for some of my river trapping, where there is a deep base of shifting sand. And on the river bottoms, 2" washer and 18" of cable. On the red clay ground for foxes, i can use a 1 1/4 washer with 12 inches and it will hold anything we got!
