so is my wife!!!we want to get at least 200 restraints b4 next season...and i think with her helping on this matter finally,lol, we will get-r-done!!!!are they them same thing as a snare???or a lil different???thanks!!!

i might be wroung but to me they are the same thing ..cabel restraints are break away snare..

thanks people, that's what i thought,lol..just didn't want to be a dumb arse,lol....i guess we'll learn that in the class lil-bit..i just heard so much good come about these things. i want more numbers and they are WAY cheaper than traps..but to me it's not trapping,lol...

Snares are way cheaper than traps, but remember it's easy to get carried away and put too many out. You can put out a couple of hundred snares real cheap compared to traps, but remember, all those critters have to be skinned and put up, unless you are selling in the round. I've spent too many nights with my grandpa skinning and fleshing until almost midnight. I'd rather have a few effective sets and keep my numbers managable.

good point hawkeye or another way is to hire a skinner..you will still be a head on fur and money in the long run.
