2 cups sugar 6 eggs 16oz. sour cream 6 Table sp.oons corn starch 1 1/2 Table sp.oons cinnamon ground 1/2 teasp.oon clove ground 1/2 teasp.oon nutmeg ground 2 cups raisins Put the raisins in water to cover them in a small sauce pan, bring to a near boil, set aside. Mix the first 7 ingredients in a heavy sauce pan, cook over med. heat til it thickens and bubbles in the center. STIR CONSTANTLY! Drain the raisins and mix them in. Pour into 2 - 9" deep dish pie crusts (pre baked). Serve chilled. If you like raisins and pumpkin pie spices, you got to try this one! ~ADC~

That's the beauty of it Cat, aside from the crust I don't have to bake it.

Yea my wife cheats when making pie crust and not cooking deserts. I make everything home made.

Yea my wife cheats when making pie crust and not cooking deserts. I make everything home made. If I make a two crusted pie, like apple I make all my own crust from scratch. On these cream pies though that crust is just to hold the good stuff. ~ADC~
