Found this recipe on another site. Sure sounds good. It was an award winning pie. Raspberry/Black Cap Berry Pie with a pretzel crust, cream cheese and whipping cream middle and top with raspberry and black caps jello filling. Recipes as follow: 1 1/2 cu crushed pretzels 3/3 cup melted butter 2 tablespoons sugar 1/2 cup sugar 4 oz. cream cheese, softened 4 oz. Cool Whip, thawed 1 3oz. raspberry jello (regular or sugar free) 1 cup boiling water 1 10oz. frozen raspberries, thawed or 1 cup black cap berries and 1 cup red raspberries (freshly picked) additional Cool Whip for topping. Mix together first 3 ingredients and press into a 9 inch pie tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Blend cream cheese and sugar together well. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust. Combine last 3 ingredients and cool. Pour over cream cheese layer and refrigerate. Serve witha dab of Cool Whip.
