Busy yesterday canning some corn - did 18 jars - plus put 4 dozen ears in the freezer on the cob.

Now that makes me want to go and make some potaoe cakes and add some corn fry it up and a little grape jelly and ill be ready for a nap.

This corn doesn't have anything in it yet. We add at the table if we want. So far, it's been sweet enough you don't need to add anything.
