One morning my brother went into the diner for breakfast before going to work and ordered ham and eggs. The waitress asked, "How do you like your eggs?".
He answered, "Oh, I really like them!"
She chuckled and said, "How do you like them cooked?"
He didn't even smile and said, "Even better."
I like them over easy or scrambled. I keep a few hard boiled eggs in my ice chest when I'm fishing, they make a good snack.

doesn't matter how they are fixed as long as they sit on the plate beside the sausage gravy and biscuits. God, I'm hungry.

Over easy so you can dip the toast in them - then put over fresh asparagus. Yum! ;D

well you asked; start with a good helping of raw fried potatoes, garnish with some frfesh chopped onion, top with sausage gravey, put three eggs over easey on top of that and start eating. it helps if one has bisquites topped with honey to help sop all this up. top breakfast off a decent cup of coffee (one u cnt read the news thru) and a piece of apple pie. yep even starting early in the day u wont need much for lunch.

Over easy. When we camp we scramble eggs, sausage, cheese all together.

I'm with you freshwater - if I'm gonna be out all day - trapping, fishing, hunting - a big breakfas is great. Just have something to drink and a piece of fruit or two and I'm good to go all day. Of course, I need a big dinner then too. ;D
