1 lb. ground beef 4-6 red potatoes cubed 1 onion chopped 3 - 8 ounce cans of tomato sauce 4 cups water 2 teaspoons salt ½ - 1 teaspoon pepper Cilantro to taste ¼ - ½ teaspoon cumin Hot sauce to taste (I use chipotle)
In a large kettle brown beef and drain.
Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for at least one hour.

I wonder if a can of Tomato Juice can replace the 3 cans 8 oz sauce. This sounds good and kind of like Chilli with potatoes .

Probably. But it'd be runnier unless you let it simmer down some.
